Katie has been in the insurance industry for over 3 years, but is not new to customer service. Her degree from Washington State University along with her previous work experience makes Katie a great addition to our team. Katie is ready to take care of her clients whatever their needs may be. Katie will be servicing clients D-G & P-Z.

Gretchen began with Brevard Insurance in the personal lines departments and quickly impressed us with her knowledge and service to the clients; we know that with Gretchen being a part of the commercial department will continue to exceed our clients’ expectations. Commercial Lines Support
Joy has worked for our agency for over three decades. She works diligently with the commercial lines department in an administrative support role. She is our go to when clients need certificates or evidence of insurance. Joy is a great resource for our team due to many years of practice.

Roxanne has worked in both commercial lines and personal lines and now offers essential support in her role with the personal lines team. She works diligently with the department to make sure the requests of our clients are getting done. Her attention to detail makes her invaluable to our agency. Roxanne provides administrative support to the personal lines department
